We try to make sure all the details contained within the website are accurate. However, images are shown for the purpose of illustraion only and will only give a general approximation of the goods. For example packaging may vary.
We make it a priority to ensure all items for sale on the website are in supply, and that you receive what you have ordered. If for any reason an item is out of stock, or we do not receive something from the producer in time for our delivery deadline, we will notify you of when we expect to be able to deliver your order. If you do not wish to wait for the late delivery you have the right to cancel your order for that item and you will be credited in full.
We believe that our products are of the highest standard possible for the price we charge, and we try to provide the best possible service to you.
If you send us an email, it is our policy to reply to all general sales enquiries within two working days and all enquiries regarding an exising order within one working day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have not received an email back within this time please check your junk mail or re-send your message.

All goods already on offer or available as part of other offers will be excluded from any additional sales. Offers are for a limited time only and subject to availability.

If your order qualifies for FREE Delivery, you will still be charged a delivery fee for any ineligible items in the order. FREE delivery only applies to purchases made online at www.beattystores.com.
Beatty Stores reserves the right to charge or discontinue FREE Delivery periods at any time. Delivery restrictions may apply due to the nature of some goods. These goods might be restricted for delivery, both within the UK and other countries.
Orders and Payments
Beatty Stores may decline to accept any order, or any part of an order, without giving any reason. All attempts to place false orders or attempts to deceive will be reported to the police.
Online: Online orders can be placed through the website by following the step by step instructions. Payment is due at the time of the order and will be processed using our Secure Payment Provider, Realax. We accept payment from Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch or Maestro debit or Credit Card.
Online orders will receive confirmation via email that the transaction has been authorised and that your card has been debited. You will also receive a reference number with this confirmation which will be required for any correspondence.
Telephone: For a personal service you may place an order by phone by calling our hardware store on 028 66 388 068 Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm to pay by credit or debit card.
Post: You can complete an order form which can be found at the checkout page and post it to Beatty Hardware and Farm Supplies, 68 Main Street, Ballinamallard, Co. Fermanagh, BT94 2FY. Please include card details or include a cheque made payable to 'Beatty Hardware and Farm Supplies'.
If you wish to cancel your order please call us on 028 66 388 068 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your instructions. Please quote your order number and any other relevant information.
Always keep your invoice or despatch note as this is your proof of our guarantee. If you return an item that you are not pleased with, or which is faulty, or which has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us in its original packaging and original condition.
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, you should notify Beatty Stores either by telephoneor by email within 10 days of receiving the goods. Call our Harware Store on (028) 66 388 068, Residents of other countries +44 (28) 66 388 068) for assistance your return.
When sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. YOU are also responsible for the postage for the return parcel and we strongly recomment that you send it via recorded post. If you are returning an item as a result by Beatty Stores we will pay for the cost of postage for the return parcel (UK and Ireland only). Genuinely faulty goods will be credited in full for the item and the return postage (UK and Ireland only). This does not affect your statutory rights.

This site sells a number of drugs for use with animals the sale of which is regulated by UK legislation. In order to purchase these items you must be an individual who is in control of livestock. If you make a false statement to this effect this may result in criminal prosecution and either a fine or imprisonment if convicted. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any medicinal product.
